**Return & Refund Policy
(Standard Issue for Our Veteran-Owned Shop)**
At this store, we keep things squared away. Our return and refund protocol is designed to be fair, clear, and easy to follow. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a return request.
**Returns
(30-Day Inspection Window)**
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, your item must be in mission-ready condition: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized gear (engraved items, custom prints, special-order designs, etc.) cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or contains a production error.
To start a return, email us at jason@stablegroundfoundation.org with your order number and the issue. Our support team will provide your return instructions.
**Refunds
(HQ Processing Protocol)**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds may be denied if:

The item shows use, wear, or damage post-delivery

It is missing parts or packaging

It is past the return window

It is a custom/personalized item
**Exchanges
(Gear Swap Procedure)**
If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If the issue was ours, we’ll replace the item at no cost. If a different size or variation is needed and the item is eligible, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
**Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
(Report Within 48 Hours)**
If your order shows up wounded in action (damaged) or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with:

We will issue a replacement or provide a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
**Non-Returnable Items

For operational and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Shipping Costs
Unless your item arrived defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
