**Shipping Policy

(Standard Issue for Our Veteran-Owned Shop)**

Thank you for supporting our veteran-owned mission. Below is our official shipping protocol, designed to keep things fair, efficient, and transparent. Review the details before placing your order so your gear arrives without surprises.


**1. Order Processing Time

(Mission Prep Window)**
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume periods or special releases, processing times may extend slightly.

Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you immediately.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.


**2. Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our HQ, transit times typically range from:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, or operational disruptions outside of our control.


**3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier rates.
We occasionally offer discounted or free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.


**4. Tracking Information

(Situational Awareness)**
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s mission from HQ to your doorstep.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office before contacting us.


**5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

(If the Mission Goes Off-Route)**
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your package is significantly delayed or missing, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and work toward a solution.

For added security, customers may choose signature confirmation at checkout (if available).


**6. Incorrect Address Policy

(Accuracy Matters)**
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.

We cannot reroute or modify addresses once an order has been shipped.


**7. International Orders (If Applicable)

(Customs & Duty Protocol)**
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
These costs are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

We cannot estimate or control customs processing times or charges.


**8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description

We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
