**Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

(Standard Issue for Our Veteran-Owned Shop)**

This policy outlines how our purchase options work, including subscriptions, recurring deliveries, prepaid plans, and scheduled shipments. We run our subscription program with the same clarity and discipline you'd expect from a veteran-owned operation.


**1. Subscription Options

(Recurring Mission Supply Drops)**
If you choose a subscription or recurring purchase option, your card will be automatically charged according to the interval you selected at checkout (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, or quarterly).

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us.


**2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

(Automatic Mission Reloads)**
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the plan is canceled.

We will always charge the current listed subscription price unless otherwise stated.
If pricing ever changes, subscribers will receive advance notice.

Failed payments may pause your subscription until updated payment information is provided.


**3. Cancellation Policy

(Mission Abort Protocol)**
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Once a charge has been processed, it is considered part of an active order and cannot be refunded unless there is an error or product defect.

To cancel:

  • Log into your customer account

  • Navigate to “Manage Subscriptions”

  • Select “Cancel” or “Pause”
    or
    Email us at [your email] and we’ll assist.

Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.
Already-shipped orders will still arrive as scheduled.


**4. Skipping or Pausing Deliveries

(Temporary Leave of Absence)**
You may skip upcoming deliveries or pause your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

Skipping or pausing must be done before the next charge date to take effect immediately.


**5. Refunds on Subscriptions

(Financial Resolution Protocol)**
Subscription charges that have already processed are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • A manufacturing or fulfillment error occurred

In those cases, we will replace the product or issue a refund.

Subscriptions canceled mid-cycle will continue until the end of the current billing period.


**6. Prepaid Plans

(Paid-In-Advance Operations)**
If you select a prepaid subscription (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or annual), the full amount is charged upfront.

Prepaid plans are non-refundable once activated but can be canceled from future renewal.


**7. Updating Payment Methods

(Keep Your Gear Combat-Ready)**
If your payment method expires or declines, you’ll receive an email to update it. Orders may be paused until payment is corrected.
